Learning Opportunities
The Learning Opportunities Division provides services, which include a variety of coursework, to a wide range of students from diverse academic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
College Orientation is required for all degree-seeking, first-time students. College Orientation allows students to become familiar with the various services offered at Crowder, to participate in the service aspect of Crowder’s mission, and to learn the requirements for degree completion. College Success is a proactive course that helps students develop skills and dispositions necessary to navigate the steps for completion of a college degree or certificate.
College Connections is an intervention course which allows students with a history of poor academic progress the opportunity to develop values and beliefs associated with academic success.
