Cabins are 12’ X 24’ and include a full kitchen, ¾ bath (4’ tile shower), raised living room with cherry accent wall, lower bedroom with closet, extra loft space for twin size mattress or extra storage, washer & dryer hookup, vinyl siding, metal roof, Twin Oaks cabinets, pine ship lap on walls and ceilings, cherry and maple stairs and railings. Plumbing and electrical are in place and ready for hookup. Both houses are wired for mini split HVAC systems (not included).  Cabins are built on 6’ X 6’ skids for full mobility and setup for placement on foundation.

Bidding for the homes is open until 7/15 at 12:00 pm.
