The Automotive Technology program is a two year program designed for high school students (grades 11-12) who desire a career in the field of automotive service and repair. Crowder’s Auto Tech program is a National Automotive Technology Education Foundation (NATEF) Certified shop and an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)/ program. Using the ASE curriculum this program provides a solid foundation for the graduate who plans to attend college with a major in Automotive Technology or enter the workforce. Instruction consists of classroom instruction and shop participation.

The Dual Credit Program, offered through Crowder College, allows high school students, while still attending the high school program at Crowder College Technical Education Center, the opportunity to enroll in and receive both high school and college credit during normal class hours. Participation in the dual credit program enables high school students to get a “head start” on their college career as well as prepare them for the challenges of college courses.
