Neosho, MO –Crowder College Roughrider baseball team won the Region 16 tournament this past weekend. Kolton Reynolds was named Region 16 Player of the Year. Reynolds (Huntsville, AR) plays outfield for the Roughriders

1^st team Region 16 players are:

• Outfielder: Kolton Reynolds (Huntsville, AR)
• Infielder: Joey Morton (Nottingham, PA)
• Pitcher: Jackson Murry (Odessa, MO)

2^nd team Region 16 players are:

• Outfielder: Brock Bearden (Texarkana, TX)
• Infielder: Easton Swofford (Bee Branch, AR)
• Pitchers: Tanner Nolan (Deptford, NJ) & Austin Jobe (El Dorado, AR)

Region 16 All-Defensive team honors were awarded to Swofford and Reynolds.

The Roughrider are 47-13 (ranked #8 in NJCAA polls) will continue play in the South Central District tournament May 16-19, versus Region 2 winner Seminole State in a best of three series. The winner will advance to the Alpine Bank NJCAA World Series in Grand Junction, CO.
