THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT OF NEWTON AND MCDONALD COUNTIES, DBA: CROWDER COLLEGE

Crowder College is accepting bids for the sale of a three-bedroom, one and one-half bath house located in the city of Neosho, Newton County Missouri. Offers may be made for TRACT B (Only).

Property description: TRACT B only, approximately 993.29 feet West of Beaumont Street, across Crowder Drive from the Neosho Villas. Neosho, Newton County Missouri.

Physical address: 3880 Crowder Drive, Neosho, MO 64850

Property may be toured on January 5, 2021 at 10:00am.

Crowder College reserves the right to reject all bids. The purchaser will be responsible for payment of all closing costs, including but not limited to: survey, title policies, and attorney fees.

Offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope and must be received by 1:00pm, Tuesday, January 12, 2021. Bids may be submitted in person at the Information Desk in the Arnold Farber Building Lobby on the Neosho Campus between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday – Friday.
