Job Description

As Surgical Tech Clinical Coordinator, you will ensure appropriate educational clinical experiences for the surgical technology students and the availability of sufficient clinical slots/sites. You will prepare the students for their clinical experience with lab practice, classroom lectures, and scheduling clinical orientation for the clinical placement. The Clinical Coordinator will maintain accurate records of clinical hours and surgical procedures of each student. They will also assist with assigning students to clinical sites with the Director of Surgical Technology and will observe students at various sites during clinical attendance. This position will be a combination of classroom and clinical.

The Assistant Director of Career and Technical Education (CTE) bridges support and leadership across all CTE programs at the secondary and post-secondary level. This position will oversee and coordinate unique aspects of CTE services, engagement, and data related to DESE and Perkins reporting. The Director of Workforce & Training and Development Solutions (TDS) is the primary liaison for Crowder College in the coordination of short-term, non-credit training for regional employers, workforce partners, and learners. The director will also add value to the college and employers by developing relevant, in-demand non-credit to credit pathways for learners. Job Description

The secondary diesel instructor provides instruction to secondary students in all areas of diesel technology by NATEF/ASE guidelines and accepted industry standards. This position will coordinate efforts to obtain and maintain NATEF/ASE certification for the secondary diesel program. This person will collaborate with current staff, faculty, and diesel industry representatives and develop curriculum and deliver instruction in both laboratory and classroom environments, using effective delivery methods to enhance student understanding.

Technical Director

The Crowder College Theatre Department on the Neosho Campus is seeking a Technical Director. The position of Technical Director encompasses a variety of responsibilities.
