Crowder College in Neosho is seeking bids for maintenance projects. Work is to begin June 2016 and be completed on or before August 10, 2016. Maintenance projects include:
- Wind removal & replacement on McDonald & Newton Halls
- Chimney demolition & disposal on McDonald Hall

Bids must be submitted in writing and are due by noon on May 23, 2016. Bids may be dropped off at the Information Desk in the Arnold Farber Building, or mailed to: Crowder College, ATTN: Director of Physical Plant, 601 Laclede Ave, Neosho, MO 64850
Window removal & replacement project
- Removal and disposal of 504 existing windows
- Install approximately 504 vinyl windows (see window specs below)
- Provide and install approximately 97 window panels (see specs below) for HVAC window units
- Provide a final walk through/inspection with Crowder representative
- Provide final cleanup
- Provide dumpster/trailer for continuous cleanup on jobsite at a location agreed upon with Crowder College
- Provide a supervisor on jobsite and provide supervisor’s contact information to Crowder College Director of Physical Plant
Work to be paid at prevailing wage.
Window Specifications:
- Single hung
- Double glass
- Low E
- Argon gas
- Half screen
- Color – tan
- PVC aluminum cladding on exterior
- Insulated around perimeter with low Expansion polyurethane foam sealant
Window Panels:
- Shall be constructed as agreed upon with Crowder during a pre-bid discussion
- A mock-up window panel shall be provided to Crowder College prior to bid acceptance
Chimney demolition, removal & disposal project
- 70-80 foot chimney attached to McDonald Hall
