RE: Crowder names head softball coach

Neosho, MO – Crowder College announces the addition of Niki Keck as she joins the Roughrider Softball program as its 8th head coach in program history. Coach Keck was most recently at Dewey High School (OK).

In her 3rd season at the helm of the Bulldogger softball program the team reached the 2019 state tournament for the first time in 16 years. They returned to the state tourney in 2020 and made it to the semifinals in 2021 under her direction. While at Dewey she also coached multiple All-District, All-Region and All-State athletes. Keck has been named Coach of the Year multiple times at the District, Region and Conference levels.

Coach Keck prepped at Dewey High School, Independence (KS) Community College and Rogers State University (OK).  She has worked diligently to improve her coaching skills and knowledge as evidenced by being awarded the highest level of coaching recognized by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association; 4 Star Master Coach.

Keck will officially begin January 1, 2025, but she is currently working to recruit for the Spring semester.
