Activities to kick off start of Fall 2024

RE: Back to School activities this week

Neosho, MO – Crowder College classes begin August 19, but there will be a lot of activity taking place prior to the first day.

The Neosho campus offers housing for students with move-in scheduled for Friday, August 16, starting at 7:30am. Student living in the dorms or apartments will be accompanied by families and friends as they move onto campus. Campus Life staff as well as others will be available to welcome and assist with move-in activities.

The 12th Annual Roughrider Rodeo will take place August 16 and 17, 7:30pm nightly. Advance tickets may be purchased online through the Crowder Bookstore, or at 1st Community Bank locations, and Eric Norris State Farm in Neosho. Tickets are also available at the gate. The rodeo is ACRA/IPRA sanctioned and provides entertainment for the whole family. Mutton bustin starts at 7pm for kids.

Campus Life has Welcome Week activities planned starting with a grill out & games mixer on Friday, August 16, 5:30-7pm. A night of swimming and inflatables on August 18, 8-10pm at the Neosho City Pool will also take place before classes begin.
