Crowder Golfer Cierra Tunley to Tee off Today in National Championship
Neosho, MO – Crowder College has two new programs beginning this fall. Engineering Technology and Geographic Information System.
Engineering Technology certificate will provide the skills and knowledge to obtain employment in the growing, high-demand engineering design field as a designer/drafter. Students can find competitive employment in a manufacturing, civil, structural, or architectural environment. Students completing a certificate or AAS degree in this program will contribute to stronger communities by filling critical roles for the growth of communities and industry.
The GIS certificate is a specialized, comprehensive program designed to equip individuals with essential skills for storing, analyzing, and visualizing geographic and spatial information, such as maps, satellite images, and demographic data. This technology enables users to explore relationships, patterns and trends within the data. Providing valuable insights for decision-making and problem-solving. This program blends online and in-person components, offering flexibility as well as hands-on experiences in the classroom.
