Neosho, MO – Crowder College Communications division will host its first Young Authors Workshop, Saturday, April 27, 9-11:30AM, Elsie Plaster Community Center on the Neosho campus.
The event is free and open to the public. Keynote speaker Izzy B, children’s author and illustrator, will be on hand. There will be writing and crafting centers for children, and local authors available. The day will wrap up with awards to participants in the writing contest. Students in grades 2-4 in Newton and McDonald County may have participated in the event this year.
