NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual meeting of the Board of Directors of Crowder College Facilities Corporation will be held via Zoom https://zoom.us/j/98292941463 from Davidson Hall 124 at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, to authorize, approve, consider, and/or act upon the following tentative agenda:

1. Approval of minutes of the July 6, 2021 annual meeting.
   

• Consideration, nomination, and election for director positions and officers.

• Such other action as may be taken at an annual meeting.
