Crowder College is accepting bids for the sale of a four-bedroom, two and one-half bath house located in the city of Neosho, Newton County Missouri. Offers may be made for TRACT A (Only). Property description: TRACT A only, approximately 993.29 feet West of Beaumont Street, across Crowder Drive from the Neosho Villas; Neosho, Newton County, Missouri. Physical address: 3890 Crowder Drive, Neosho, MO 64850
Property may be toured on Thursday, July 8, 2021, between 10:00am – 12:00pm.
Crowder College reserves the right to reject all bids. The purchaser will be responsible for payment of all closing costs, including but not limited to survey, title policies, and attorney fees. Offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope and must be received by 11:00am, Friday, July 16, 2021. Bids may be submitted in person at the Information Desk in the Arnold Farber Building Lobby on the Neosho Campus between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday – Thursday and between 8:00am and 12:00pm on Friday. Bids received after this date and time will not be considered.
