NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the Board of Directors of Crowder College Facilities Corporation will be held electronically via video conference on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 8:30am, to authorize, approve, consider, and/or act upon the following tentative agenda. - Consideration and approval of the Corporation’s Leasehold Refunding Revenue Bond Series 2020, formally the 2015 Bond Series.
- Such other action as may be taken at a special meeting.
