NOTICE OF SALE OF MODULAR HOME BY

DBA: CROWDER COLLEGE
Crowder College is accepting bids for the sale of a modular home currently housed on the Neosho Campus.
Property description: Modular Solar House constructed in 2015 and currently located at 601 Laclede Ave, Neosho, MO. The purchase also includes all equipment accompanying the house.
Crowder College reserves the right to reject all bids. The purchaser will be responsible for payment of the structure as well as all expenses associated with moving off of Crowder College property. The purchase also includes all equipment accompanying the house.
Please note: The sale will be “as is”. This structure will be in need of mold remediation. Purchaser must move off of college property within 14 days of purchase date and must be moved before any work is done to the structure.
Offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope and must be received by 1:00pm, Thursday, September 19, 2019 at the Information Desk in the Arnold Farber Building on the Neosho Campus. Bids received after this date and time will not be considered.
