Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Crowder College: Cassville Campus Remodel & Additions will be received at Crowder College Cassville Campus until 3:00 PM on December 20, 2018 and then publicly opened and read aloud. Each bid shall include a five percent (5%) bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check or bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company.

The Crowder College: Cassville Campus Remodel & Additions project consists of interior and exterior remodel of existing building with two potential building additions.
Bidders may obtain Contract Documents on November 26, 2018 from: Engineers Reprographics, 1600 E. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality on all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.

All bidders must provide a sworn affidavit affirming participation in a federal work authorization program and stating that the bidders does not knowingly employ any person who is not authorized to work in the U.S. The contractor must comply with current Prevailing Wage laws and other statutory regulations as referred to in the specifications. This project is tax exempt.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at December 11, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Crowder College Cassville Campus.
