ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Crowder College: Freeman Athletic Fieldhouse will be received at Crowder College in Gymnasium until at 3:00 PM on July 31, 2018 and then publicly opened and read aloud. Each bid shall include a five percent (5%) bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check or bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company.

The Crowder College: Freeman Athletic Fieldhouse project consists of an indoor practice facility with supporting facilities, such as, locker rooms and offices.
Bidders may obtain Contract Documents on July 9, 2018 from: Engineers Reprographics, 1600 E. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality on all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.

All bidders must provide a sworn affidavit affirming participation in a federal work authorization program and stating that the bidders does not knowingly employ any person who is not authorized to work in the U.S. The contractor must comply with current Prevailing Wage laws and other statutory regulations as referred to in the specifications. This project is tax exempt.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 PM on July 24, 2018 at Crowder College in Gymnasium.
