Resident Assistants

Each house has a Resident Assistant who functions as a resource for all the students and aids in the transition to college life. In addition, Resident Assistants perform room checks, deal with maintenance issues and other miscellaneous duties. Resident Assistants are selected through an interview process and receive a scholarship. These positions are open to any student with at least a 2.5 GPA.

Resident Assistants Duties/Scholarship
*Freshmen and Sophomores May Apply

General Duties:
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA as a full time student.
• Work 20 scheduled hours per week in the dorm office.
• Act as a model of the ideal Crowder student.
• Assist with all campus life events.
• Dress appropriate.
• Use appropriate language.
• Report to work on time.
• Work consistently (Stay Busy).
• Treat other Crowder employees with respect.

Scholarship Award:
* Payment of Room and Board
* Room waiver
