PBL and SIFE are two organizations that are operated as one. PBL is the post-secondary arm of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA).

SIFE is an international organization. Both organizations promote the free enterprise economy through education and community service. This is accomplished through activities such as teaching the history of money and the importance of saving money to third graders at Benton Elementary School. Members also teach children and adults how to use the Internet for research and for business, as well as how to create their own web page. Fun projects include writing letters from Santa to children at Christmas, and hosting the area Easter Egg Hunt at Morse Park in the spring. Members also work with the Neosho Chamber of Commerce by operating concession stands at the Cooking School in the fall and the Business and Industry Review in the spring, and with Crowder by operating the concession stand at the Career Fair. Each semester, conferences and/or competitions are held either in Missouri or elsewhere in the United States. Travel to the conferences/competitions is encouraged, but is optional. PBL and SIFE are open to all students, and membership will count as one elective credit hour per semester. Students become members by enrolling in Office and Business Administration.
