On the edge of the colorful Missouri Ozarks, a formally trained art faculty concentrates on artists’ needs and solid art foundations with friendly guidance and personal attention. Accredited college art and design studios develop unique talents which propel our students toward art careers and successful college transfer programs.

“Art should exhilarate, and throw down the walls of circumstance on every side, awakening in the beholder the same sense of universal relation and power which the work evinced in the artist, and its highest effect is to make new artists.”
--Ralph Waldo Emerson

With a solid academic structure from Crowder College, students can transfer to four-year institutions where bachelor degrees are offered in graphic design, painting, sculpture, fibers, ceramics, drawing, jewelry, art history, art education, and media arts. Elective courses should be determined by contacting the college and department to which students wish to transfer. The program listed here is suggested if students have not yet chosen the institution to which they plan to transfer following graduation.
