Assistant Payroll Manager
This position is responsible for assisting the payroll manager with the payroll functions of the college. Agriculture Instructor
The faculty member is this position will teach animal science, agri-business, and agriculture courses as assigned by the division chair and in keeping with the guidelines listed below. Assignments may include all delivery methods (traditional, online, ITV and flex) and on any of the Crowder instructional sites (Neosho, McDonald County, Cassville, Webb City, Nevada). Upward Bound Academic Coordinator
The Academic Coordinator (AC) recruits and selects participants and develops and implements quarterly participant Educational Action Plans (EAPs). The AC also assists in administering and interpreting assessments. The AC maintains participant files, monitors monthly grades and progress reports, and calculates monthly stipends. The AC ensures that each participant is provided with sufficient academic support and chaperones various educational and cultural activities. The instructor provides AEL one-to-one, small group in-person, and remote instruction, administers and analyses student assessments, provides classroom orientation, maintains classroom documents and reports, establishes and maintains positive classroom relationships with students of all ages, and completes other activities that support the objectives, as assigned. 20 hours a week of instruction is held at the Clark Resource Center at 801 Lincoln Avenue, Monett. 2 hours a week are held at the Fairview or Pierce City Library. The class schedule is an 11 – 12-month position depending on the instructor wishes.
