Emergency Medical Services

Paramedic Program

• An accelerated 27 week program
• Begins January, ends Mid-July
• Divided into three, nine-week segments 400 hours of hospital and 400 hours of field rotations including ER, OR, CICU, CCU, Pediatrics, Labor and Delivery, RT,
• Psychiatric Unit and ambulance rotations in Joplin and Neosho
• Program includes ACLS, PALS and PHTLS
• Must have valid EMT license, pass criminal background check and drug screen, COMPASS and ACT, High School Diploma or GED, 5 hours of Anatomy and Physiology (or permission from instructor) and successful completion of interview process
• Tuition $4,060 (includes books, one polo shirt, and all specialty labs)
