Coach Lori Videmschek
Lori Videmschek, a 1986 graduate of Crowder College, begins her first year as Head Softball Coach for the Lady 'Riders after serving three years as Assistant Coach. While at Crowder, Lori helped the '86 Lady 'Rider Softball Team win the first NJCAA Softball Championship, under the leadership of Coach Annie Westfall. Lori was selected to the NJCAA All Region Team in '86. She continued her softball and academic careers at Southwest Missouri State University where she received her bachelor's degree. Lori will complete her master's degree in 2007.
Coach Videmschek comes to us from Purdy High School where she coached softball and basketball and taught elementary physical education for four years. Her teams made it to the Missouri State Final Four twice, finishing 4th and runners-up. Coach Videmschek has been coaching youth sports in the area for over nine years.
Lori resides on a farm near Purdy, MO, with her husband Kirk, a former Crowder baseball alumnus, and two sons, Cody and Dusty.

Cassie Kissler
Cassie started her coaching career in the Fall of 2009. She was an outstanding player for the Lady 'Riders from 2007-09. She was the recipient of the James T. Payne Award for both her academic and athletic performance.
Coach Kissler is from Inola, OK.
